Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology, under the leadership of Assistant Superintendent Dave Bergan, work together to support the district goal of challenging each child to reach academic excellence. Our primary focus is the alignment and consistent implementation of the State of Ohio Learning Standards, the Board-adopted curriculum, for English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies. The Technology Department provides tools to improve and enhance student learning as well as to facilitate the work of teachers and administrators. Support is provided for the implementation of technology within the classroom as well as information technology support for computers, projectors, telephones, and software. Our goal is to assist teachers and students to use technology within their instruction to prepare students for the 21st century.
