Please join us for our meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. We will be meeting in the MMS Media Center at 2 p.m. If you are interested in getting more involved next year we will be happy to discuss our organization with you!

This packet is distributed by a man who recently made a presentation to parents at Madeira Elementary School. Please feel free to click the link if you are interested in reviewing it or printing a copy for yourself, the MMS PTO believes it to be invaluable in today's culture**
Announcements and Events!
Membership Drive! Only 50 families to go to reach our goal of 200 families in the 2012-2013 school year! It is never too late to join the MMS PTO! Please join today! Simply print the form to the right and send it into the MMS office! A family membership is only $10! This money helps to fund the many activities that the MMS PTO supports throughout the year such as: 5th and 6th grade socials, 7th and 8th grade socials, 5th and 7th grade retreats, the scholastic book fair, teacher appreciation and Mayfest! Your membership also gives you a vote in any decision the MMS PTO makes as an organization!

Wondering why you never know what is going on at MMS? Our major form of communication is via the Madeira Middle School listserve. This is how you can get the most up to date information on meetings, events, activities and volunteer needs. Volunteer opportunities
Want to get involved? Simply click on the link to the Committee Chairperson form to the right. You will find contact information for the various activities and events the MMS PTO sponsors throughout the year. Send an email to the chairperson for the committee you would like to get involved in! They would love the help!
Want to volunteer to work a MMS PTO Event? We will be using Volunteer Spot to coordinate our needs for volunteers at particular MMS PTO events and activities. As volunteer needs arise the MMS PTO will send out requests via Listserve with a link to the Volunteer Spot website. You can volunteer to help out at your convenience!
2012/2013 MeetingsOur goal is to increase attendance this year. We listened to the survey feedback and added more evening meetings for working parents. Please come when you can!
