Madeira Schools Foundation Celebrates 25th Anniversary
The Madeira Schools Foundation will celebrate its 25th Anniversary this year with its 2010 Auction, “Let’s Go Back to the ‘80s,” to be held Saturday, March 13 at St. Gertrude Parish Center.

The 2009 National Merit Semi Finalists and Commended Students are pictured with our new 'Excellent' banner from Sam Schloemer from the State Board of Education. This year we also received the "Excellent with Distinction" rating and is the tenth year in a row Madeira City Schools have been rated in the Excellent category.

Madeira City Schools has been informed by Hamilton County Public Health that our Madeira H1N1 vaccination date has been set for Wednesday, October 28. 
H1N1 Parent Update - October 5
Your student should have brought home a hard copy of the H1N1 flu vaccination information provided to our district from Hamilton County Public Health.

In the event of inclement weather, schools may be either cancelled or placed on a 90-minute delay. This information will be announced on local television and radio stations. An email will also be sent to those on the Parent Listserves.

H1N1 Parent Update - October 2
An e-mail was sent out through the listserv on October 2 with the H1N1 flu vaccine information being provided by Hamilton County Public Health.
H1N1 Virus Update (Swine Flu)
Madeira City Schools continues to monitor the health concerns related to H1N1.  A letter was sent home to families providing an update and suggestions from the Hamilton County Helath Department.
