May 20th - May 23rd

Congratulations to Mrs. Keith, Mr Engel, Mr. Wollard and all middle school choir and band students for their outstanding performances at MayFest 2013.  I would also like to thank Ms. Rossi and all of her art students and the PTO for all their hard work in making MayFest 2013 a huge success.

The following are upcoming reminders:

• Wed., May 22nd  -  8th Grade Picnic/Grub Day -  NO 8TH GRADE FOREIGN LANGUAGE - students should report to the middle school by 8 AM
• Wed., May 22nd  -  8th Grade Dinner & Dance - 6:30-9 PM @ MMS
• Thurs, May 23  -  8th Grade Commencement Ceremony @ MHS 8:15 AM - Students should report to the High School by 7:45 AM
• Thurs, May 23rd  -  5th/6th/7th Grade Field Day  - Last Day for Students - 1:30 PM Early Dismissal

The Top Seniors of the Class of 2013, who will all graduate with a GPA of 4.0 or above, were introduced at MHS’s Academic Signing Day on Thursday, May 2.

Madeira middle school 7th grade science teacher Kelly Flick was awarded the $5,000 grant for Excellence in Biotechnology Education Award for the Middle School level.

Nutrition Services is dedicated to providing a high quality school lunch program for every child in Madeira and would like your input.
