Welcome to the first day of the second quarter.  Teachers are finalizing their grades and we should have report cards into the mail to you on Friday, October 21st

The beginning of a new grading period is a great time to sit down with your son or daughter and take stock of what went well the first quarter and what things might he or she like to change in the second grading period.  The whole idea is to be as pro-active as possible with regard to what changes (if any) a student wants or needs to make to be more successful.  Here are some talking points you may want to use with your child:

Middle School Presents First Musical Cinderella

Madeira Middle School students will perform in their first Theatre Arts production.


Parent/Teacher Conferences will begin Thursday, October 20th. Once again this year we will be using the on-line conference scheduling and want to make certain you know how to access the web-site so you may sign up for conferences.
