Madeira Schools Foundation’s 2026 Distinguished Awards

The Madeira Schools Foundation recognizes alumni, citizens and staff members who have made significant contributions to society, become respectable leaders, and are known as positive role models. Congratulations to the 52 members of its Class of 2026 who have been named Top Seniors - students who graduated with a 4.0 or above GPA. For more please see Madeira's Top of the Class 2026.

Celebrating Excellence

Madeira Middle School Science Teacher Kirby Slater is Madeira City School District's 2026 Educator of the Year. He will represent Madeira at the HCESC's Celebrate Excellence event in May. Many thanks to everyone who nominated one of our outstanding educators!

Madeira Latin Wins State!

Out of 23 schools in attendance at the Ohio Junior Classical League (OJCL) convention in Columbus this year, Madeira Latin placed first in overall sweepstakes points. See Madeira Latin Wins State for more.

 

100 Years and Counting

Made in Madeira Scholarship

Every graduate of Madeira High School since 2018 has been eligible to receive the Made in Madeira scholarship on behalf of the estate of Homer Amos. See Made in Madeira for more.

Class of 1950 Celebrates 75th

The Madeira High School’s Class of 1950 proved that school spirit never fades as they celebrated their 75th class reunion riding in decorated golf carts in the district’s annual Homecoming Parade. See Class of 1950 Celebrates Diamond Jubilee.
