Kroger Rewards
***Please remember to re-enroll in the Kroger Rewards Program - it must be renewed each year.
Go to: www.krogercommunityrewards.com and Sign In using your email address and password
Click the ENROLL NOW button on the bottom right and follow the steps:
1) Find the organization (type in “81656”)
2) Select organization (Madeira Schools Foundation 81656)
3) Click SAVE
Your Account Summary will come up. Verify that your Community Rewards (bottom right)
are designated for Madeira Schools Foundation. – See form on right for more information!

Facebook- We are on Facebook!
The MMS PTO now has a Facebook page as an additional means of communicating PTO sponsored events and sending reminders. This page does NOT take the place of the listserve or this PTO webpage. This is a private group so you will need to be approved by an administrator to join.

Our major form of communication is via the Madeira Middle School listserve. This is how you can get the most up to date information on meetings, events, activities and volunteer needs. To join the Middle School list, send an email to MMSParents-on@lists.madeiracityschools.org. For complete instructions please see Madeira List Serves.

Volunteer opportunities
Want to get involved? Simply click on the link to the Committee Chairperson form to the right. You will find contact information for the various activities and events the MMS PTO sponsors throughout the year. Send an email to the chairperson for the committee you would like to get involved in. They would love the help!
Want to volunteer to work a MMS PTO Event? We will be using Volunteer Spot to coordinate our needs for volunteers at particular MMS PTO events and activities. As volunteer needs arise the MMS PTO will send out requests via Listserve with a link to the Volunteer Spot website. You can volunteer to help out at your convenience
Three ways to support the MMS PTO:
Membership Drive
It's never too late to join. All membership dues stay with our school to support our PTO programs. Family membership is only $15 (you can donate extra if you'd like with our No Hassle fundraiser). Simply download the form to the right and return it to the MMS office.
Fundraisers
Magazine Sale - Order or renew your magazine subscriptions during our magazine sale starting Wednesday, September 1st or order online, anytime, all year long.
· Go to www.apmags.com & click on the top button "I'D LIKE TO SHOP AND SUPPORT..."
· Enter Online Code: WC3212 (this is our school code)
· Follow the instructions
· Use a specific students first and last name or use MIDDLE for first name and SCHOOL for last name to support the PTO in general
Smile.Amazon.com- Do you ever shop on amazon.com? What if for every purchase you make amazon donated .5% of the price to the MMS PTO? What if there was no cost to you and everything about the shopping experience-including your amazon benefits- stayed the same? Why wouldn’t you do it? All you have to do is sign in at smile.amazon.com when you shop. Here’s how to sign up:
- Go to: smile.amazon.com & log in with your current amazon email and password
- You will be prompted to select a charitable organization
- Please choose: Madeira Middle School Parent Teacher Organization
Amazon will remember your selection, and then every time you make a purchase from smile.amazon.com, amazon will make a donation to the MMS PTO
Don’t forget! MMS PTO will receive benefits only from purchases made on smile.amazon.com (everything is exactly the same as on amazon.com)
Box Tops for Education
Purchase participating products- look for the Box Tops label. Cut them out and have your child bring them to the office or give them to his/her homeroom teacher.
