Welcome to fifth grade language arts! My name is Sue McGrath, and I am in my fourteenth year of teaching fifth grade at Madeira City Schools. Mrs. Yun and I work closely together to provide the reading and language arts curriculum to all fifth graders. All of the teachers work as a team to ensure success in the classroom. The fifth grade wing is a great place to be!

Aside from my family here at school, I have a busy family life at home. My husband Mark and I have four grown children: Peggy, John, Mike, and Mary. I spend as much time as possible outside walking, playing sports, or watching sports. I also love reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. The students and I will learn a lot more about each other as we have a great year in fifth grade. Please stop by and visit us in Room 119 at Madeira Middle School.
