Madeira Elementary Media Aide

Madeira City Schools is looking for a media center aide for the 2022-2023 school year. The position coordinates all media center functions. This position creates and teaches lesson plans that support the classroom, project-based learning, and common core standards. In addition to Media Center organization and scheduling, the position is also responsible for bookkeeping various Media Center budgets. High School Counseling Administrative Assistant

Madeira City Schools will have an opening for the 2022-2023 school year for an Administrative Assistant to the Counseling Office.  This is a full-time 9-month position with extended days.  Preference will be given to candidates that have the following qualifications:

  • Previous school counseling office experience

  • Knowledge and experience in using school-related technology databases/resources

  • Evidence of positive communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff

  • Excellent oral and written skills

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written communication

  • Ability to cultivate and model a respectful working and learning environment

Long Term Substitute Teacher-High School Math

Madeira City Schools is in need of a full-time, long-term substitute, high school math teacher for August - September 2022.  Preference will be given to candidates that have the following qualifications:

 
  • High school teaching licensure and certification in mathematics.

  • Prior teaching experience in related areas - statistics preferred.

  • Ability to develop and organize curriculum within the teaching area.

  • Evidence of positive communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff.

  • Evidence of a standards-based approach to instruction.
