Below are guidelines and the forms for all fundraisers. Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines as this is the procedure we use for all fundraising initiatives. Please make copies of the forms and distribute as needed.
These guidelines were established as the result of a Madeira Schools Planning Commission study on Fundraising. We hope they will help you make the most of your fundraising activities.
