Madeira Middle School Welcomes Kyle Jepson as New Assistant Principal

Madeira Middle School is excited to announce that Kyle Jepson will be the new Assistant Principal. With a strong commitment to building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging among students and staff, Jepson is set to bring his passion for community building and educational excellence to Madeira.

Mr. Jepson is a 16-year veteran educator who began his career as a Spanish teacher at both the high school and middle school levels. His involvement as a teacher also included coaching track and cross country as well as leading student leadership programs.  Mr. Jepson comes to Madeira most recently from his role as a building administrator with Princeton City Schools. 

Kyle Jepson, a proud resident of Madeira, lives in the community with his wife and children, further deepening his connection to the area. Jepson's enthusiasm for education and community involvement is noteworthy, and he is eager to begin his journey at Madeira Middle School.

"I am thrilled to join Madeira Middle School as the Assistant Principal," said Jepson. "Building strong relationships with students and staff is at the heart of what I do. I believe that when kids feel a sense of belonging, they are more likely to succeed academically and personally. I look forward to working alongside Principal Niki Huelsman to continue the great work already going on in the building."

Principal Niki Huelsman expressed her excitement about the new addition to the leadership team. "We are incredibly fortunate to have Kyle Jepson joining us as our new Assistant Principal. His passion for community building and his commitment to fostering a positive school culture will make us even better as we work to provide the best possible middle school experience for our students. Together, we will work to ensure that Madeira Middle School remains a place where everyone feels welcome and supported."

Jepson's immediate focus will be on getting to know the students, staff, and families of Madeira Middle School. He aims to be an accessible and approachable presence, ready to listen and respond to the needs of the school community. His leadership will undoubtedly contribute to a vibrant school environment where educational excellence can thrive.
