The Madeira City School District's seventh annual Quality Profile (QP) is a compilation of accomplishments from the 2018-2019 school year in areas the Madeira community values most.
Madeira began producing the yearly QP in 2012, along with Forest Hills, Indian Hill, Loveland, Mariemont, Mason, Milford, Oak Hills, Sycamore and Wyoming school districts. Participating schools surveyed residents to determine factors they valued in their child’s education that were not represented on the state’s report card. Currently, approximately 85 school districts throughout the state produce the annual report which supplements the Ohio Department of Education's yearly report card.
Madeira’s Quality Profile takes an in-depth look at its recent performance in the areas of Academics, Arts, Student Leadership & Activities, Fiscal Stewardship, Parent & Community Involvement, Student Services, and Staff & District Recognitions. A few of the highlights included in this year’s report are how each MHS ‘18 graduate who continued their education received a $250 scholarship, the students selected to exhibit in the Scholastic Art Award competition, and a girls’ basketball record that was broken after 37 years.
We are proud to share some of the highlights from the past school year at 2018-2019 QP. Past QPs may be found at A More Detailed Look at Madeira City Schools. Take a look - we think you'll like what you see!
